1 X Big Handful of dark-green leafy veg (Spinach;Kale;Rocket;watercress;mint,etc.)

1/2 x Avocado or 1 Tbs Coconut Oil

350ml. Plant-based milk (Rice,Almond,Hemp,Quinoa,Oat);Herbal tea;Green tea;coconut water;mineralised water.

1/2 x Cupful Fruit

Optional additions:

Cocoa Powder or nibs;cinnamon;Greens powder;Moringa;berries;maca or other superfoods,1 x date for added sweetness.

If enjoyed as a meal replacement or post-exercise smoothie,add protein in the form of Chia Seeds,Nut butter or Plant Protein powder (Hemp or Pea).
